Home Verify a certificate

Verify a certificate.

Every BeetaGeneX certificate carries a unique verification ID. Enter it below to confirm the holder, the course and the issue date — the same check an employer would run.

How it works

  • Find the verification ID on the certificate. It looks likeBGX-2026-T4R8M7 and is printed near the holder's name.
  • Type it in above and select Verify certificate.
  • Check that the name, the course and the issue date you get back match the certificate you were given.

IDs are always in the form BGX-YYYY-XXXXXX, with no zero, letter O, one or capital I in the random part — so a malformed entry is refused instantly, before any lookup happens.

Common questions

What does a certificate lookup show?

Only what is printed on the certificate: the holder's name, the course and the issue date — and only while the certificate is still valid. It never returns an email address, grades, account details or any other learner data.

Can certificates be listed or searched without an ID?

No. A lookup needs the exact verification ID and reads nothing else: there is no search, no list and no partial match, so the ID identifies the certificate rather than the learner and sharing it reveals nothing beyond the certificate itself.

What does it mean if a certificate does not verify?

Compare the ID against the certificate character by character first — IDs look like BGX-2026-T4R8M7, with no zero, letter O, one or capital I in the random part. If it still does not resolve, or the certificate has been revoked, email the team with the ID and the name it was issued to.
